Retail Building Manager at Macdonald & Company

A skilled Retail Building Manager with a stable track record is sought to join a publicly traded company.

Our client is a notable Property fund, owning and managing over 600 diverse properties throughout Gauteng. Operating for over 50 years, they are looking to add to their skilful staff, with a Retail Building Manager that will be assigned to one of their buildings in Pretoria, Central. In this role you will be reporting to the Centre Manager and assisting with intake and exit inspections, ensuring accuracy of vacancy schedule, liaising with tenants, and ensuring parking space is up to code. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing security, cleaners, handyman and contractors, light property administration as well as assisting with property maintenance. To be considered for this role you will need 2 years of Retail Building Management experience, a relevant tertiary qualification and excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in using MDA will be advantageous.
