Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- Monitoring and reporting on the affiliate’s financial achievements versus budgets and forecasts to ensure successful achievement of objectives
- Preparing budgets and forecasts and critically reviewing the information provided to ensure their integrity
- Supporting business units to improve understanding of financial results and to improve accuracy of forecasts
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reporting: In charge of Headcount / P&L / IS Indicators
- Business partnering: Dedicated to the local support functions (Business Operations, Country Lead,
- Communication, External Affairs, Facilities. Medical, TRM)
- Back-up / support on CHC
- In charge of providing support for proper decision making at BU level: validation of E-Buy requests,
- preparation of monthly packs, ad-hoc analysis, OPEX tracking versus forecasts
- Expert: be the identified expert on headcount for the whole company preparation of reports to
- stakeholders
- Forecasts: support the BU in the forecasts and be the identified expert for headcount forecasts
JOB HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Minimum requirement BCom (CIMA preferred)
- Experience & Knowledge: Trainee or two years’ experience, preferably in a locally based multinational
