Job Summary

 

As Sales Reporting Business Analyst, (hybrid remote role), primarily responsible for building, refining & distributing actionable sales & sales operational reporting. The role will also involve reviewing, improving & implementing automation on our existing reporting.

 

Key responsibilities

• Working closely with business stakeholders to produce actionable reporting.
• Interrogate data sets & produce insight & analysis.
• Build new reporting based on existing available data.
• Work with business units to implement new data points into our data set.
• Work with Sales Operations leaders to produce KPI reporting.
• Manage sales requests for Ad Hoc customer reporting.
• Producing self-serve solutions for customer reporting risk assessments and SSOW are created and maintained for all areas of their responsibility.
• Excellent awareness of Health and Safety requirements within a warehouse/operations environment.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Excel, Macro, VBA script level capability
• A high level of mathematical ability
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Have strong programming skills, particularly in SQL, structured query language, and other common programming languages.
• Highly detail orientated.
• Experienced in developing Power BI reporting.
