Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies to contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Organisational Skills: Demonstrate strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and clients.
- Computer Proficiency: Utilise computer applications and software to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. One day off during the week if scheduled to work on Sunday.
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
