CDD Data Specialist
Do you enjoy working with data and see yourself assuming responsibility for the end to end data flows into DLL’s CDD Risk rating system.
The key objective of the role is to structurally source, enrich and deliver all required data towards the CDD risk rating engine. The position will also ensure full compliance with Data Management processes, focusing on data lineage and data quality specifically.
Day to day
- Responsible to structurally source, enrich and deliver all required data towards the CDD risk rating engine. This will require working very closely with the country network and the various middle & back office systems used within DLL.
- Creation of a data dictionary with approved definitions
- Translate compliance requirements into data requirements/solutions.
- Organize the data flow from all sources in cooperation with the various delivery teams (e.g. Local country organizations)
- Align with architecture how to transfer data from the sources;
- Act as CDD data SME role:
- Determine how data can be used within the CDD risk rating engine (e.g. data definitions)
- Define functionalities needed (which can be translated into epics/features/pbi’s) and align these requirements with local/corporate development teams;
- UAT on developed data functionalities;
- Responsible for organizing and guiding the mapping & gapping process of the CDD requirements against the local DLL contract systems, in close cooperation with the local and corporate DLL members;
- Act as a primary CDD data sourcing contact for the various delivery teams (e.g. Local country organizations);
- Actively responsible for supporting the local IT Delivery Team in the design phase of the data extraction, translation and loading processes.
- Define and implement data governance structure for Business As Usual;
- Responsible for performing data quality checks and organizing iterations with the local and corporate DLL teams to improve the data quality to the level as agreed (for both back office related data and banking statements);
- Making sure that the right data quality controls are in place in order to monitor the quality of data consumed by the CDD models.
- Reporting of data quality results to relevant stakeholders.

Essentials
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or computer science.
- Work experience in KYC, preferably in Wholesale Banking and CDD
- Experience with all aspects of data management (preferably DMBoK) e.g. Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Quality)
- You are a results driven self- starter with a critical mind-set.
- You have excellent communication skills and function as a team player.
- You are able to gather information and challenge different stakeholders to substantiate your insights and advices.
- Good working knowledge of data governance areas such as data lineage, technical metadata, data quality, and reconciliation.
- This role requires you to be in our Dutch office in Eindhoven at least twice a week. We are open for candidates living in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. If you are open to relocate to The Netherlands that is also an option.
