Accountant at Zongteng Group(纵腾集团)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter bank and credit card transactions on a daily basis;
Maintain accounts receivable, issue invoices from our own customized IT system and reconcile account balances with clients;
Invoices booking, understand Dutch VAT.
Maintain accounts payable, verify the accuracy of invoices, ensure timely payments to various vendors and gather supporting documents from operation teams;
Post journal entries for depreciation, amortization and accrual;
Prepare monthly and yearly close and assist in preparing monthly financial statements for management’s review;
Assist the subsidiaries for applying intercompany loans, and maintain IC loan overview, calculating the loan interest
Able to work together with accountancy consultant for VAT declaration
Be the contact points for auditing work (Belgian, Ireland and UK subsidiaries)
Communicate and cooperate with HQ from China
Duties assigned according to needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
2-5 years of progressive accounting experience in an international environment
With Dutch and Chinese language skills, authorized to work for any employers in the NL;
