What impact will you make?
Within Global Employer Services (GES) we have various teams that specialize in, among other things, tax services to international clients and their employees. All (tax) compliance matters (such as income tax returns) come together within our Center of Expertise (CoE) Mobility Tax. As an employee of the CoE Mobility Tax you are responsible for various (tax) compliance matters and you are the point of contact for our clients and their employees. Because of your interest and knowledge in taxation and processes, you know exactly what your clients need and you work closely with your other colleagues within GES.
How do you do this?
As an employee within the CoE Mobility Tax you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Planning and preparation of complex income tax returns;
- Mapping out the tax and social security consequences of a secondment or cross-border work;
- Dealing with clients and employees by telephone and e-mail or in person;
- Coordination of activities with our shared service centers and the global Deloitte network;
- Optimizing the client experience for our clients.

Be the true you
You are ambitious and a real team player. You are customer-oriented and communicative. Furthermore, for the position you have:
- a completed HBO or WO course in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics and/or 0-2 years of work experience;
- an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.
- You have good numerical insight
- if you have experienced personal growth, for example through committee or board work, experience abroad or internship, top sport or voluntary work, this is an advantage.

You share your expertise with around 180 other colleagues in the Global Employer Services team that is part of Deloitte Tax & Legal. Within Global Employer Services, we advise on tax and legal matters relating to the labor factor for multinationals and the public sector. We specialize in (international) payroll tax issues, international mobility engagements, processes to obtain work and residence permits or improving payroll processes.
This team is at the forefront when it comes to innovation, data analysis and the use of technology.
