We are looking for a new colleague to join our Aftermarket Commercial Vehicles sales team as a Sales Representative based in Johannesburg.
You will be joining a dynamic customer centric team striving for continuous business growth. If you are passionate about sales and commercial vehicles, we would love to hear from you.


What you could expect as a Sales Representative – Aftermarket/ Commercial Vehicles:

  • Develop business relationships with CV IAM customers in the region (Truck and Trailer) to promote the sale of ZF parts in the IAM channel.
  • Manage distributor/customer sales to reach sales target and to enhance position on the market.
  • Communicate business potentials from CV IAM customers within sales structure in order to create competitive product offering.
  • Communicate product introductions/ changes, provide quotations and feedback to customers.
  • Communicate customer order placement internally and provide feedback to customers on availability.
  • Monitor market on daily bases and provide detailed sales forecasts.
  • Sales Desk Support – Act as a backup to sales desk as and when required (<10% of working time).

What we expect from you as a Sales Representative – Aftermarket/ Commercial Vehicles:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of sales in the Automotive market.
  • Minimum secondary education.
  • People & customer management experience with strong moderation skills.
  • Effective communication, influencing & collaboration skills among various audiences.
  • Knowledge of ZF products as an advantage.
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail, self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business.
