During a thesis internship at EY, we offer you the opportunity, in addition to writing your thesis, to become acquainted with the work of an accountant and the atmosphere at one of our offices. It is possible to do an internship at the following locations; Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Arnhem, The Hague, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Maastricht, Naaldwijk, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Venlo or Zwolle

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• You will have the opportunity to write your thesis at EY. You choose the subject yourself and you receive guidance from experienced professionals from the audit practice.
• While writing your thesis, you will receive support from EY in collecting your data and you can make use of our expertise.
• You get room for personal and professional development, because you get the chance to work with different clients.
• You start together with an enthusiastic group of fellow scriptwriters and you also get to know many EY colleagues.
• After completing your thesis, it is possible to move on to a starter position and continue your studies towards your RA title or to participate in our internal training program EY University.

To qualify for the role you must have

• You are in the final phase of your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You are following an HBO or WO course in the direction of Accountancy, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or you have a demonstrable affinity with Accountancy.
• You can communicate well in both Dutch and English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• You enjoy working in diverse teams.
• You are analytical, ambitious and take the delivery of high-quality work for granted.
