Job description:

Your challenges

 

  • You are the focal point for the operational order management activities in your area. You act as gatekeeper for CRM and Master Data entries.

 

  • You ensure order fulfillment by liaising with central or local warehouse and timely delivery of product and documentation.

 

  • You share orders with finance for payment fulfillment and manage order-related complaints.

 

  • You liaise with sales representatives and end-users in relation to order information, including order tracking.

 

  • You manage order related e-interactions. F.e. order processing via e-procurement platforms (Esker/ Edicom etc).

 

  • You support Sales on tender bids with supporting material preparation.

 

  • You coordinate with Sales and Logistics to send out demos, samples and marketing materials.

 

Required profile:

Your expertise

 

  • Professional experience in the field of Sales Support, order management or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. Degree in Business Administration, Economics or life science industry experience is considered an advantage.

 

  • You are experienced with CRM and quotation solutions, possess a solid knowledge of SAP and excellent communication skills.

 

  • You have a professional attitude towards putting the customer first and good language knowledge (Dutch, English).
