A role has become available for a Loading Bay Assistant based at our Rosebank Garden Centre in Cape Town.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Assisting with the watering of plants where required
o Repacking and restocking of stock where required
o Cleans grounds of property and ensures general tidiness of the Garden Centre, sales floor, parking lot, exterior verge and general work areas,
o Ensures cleanliness of guttering and stormwater drainage channels,
o Sweeping / Blowing of allocated areas of the Garden Centre and surrounds,
o Assists with general care of all Nursery stock,
o Assists with general housekeeping of the loading bay and loading bay exterior,
o Supports loading bay assistants with offloading, pricing stock and taking stock to the sales floor
o Assist with loading goods for deliveries,
o Accompany the driver on deliveries where assistance is required,
o Assist with keeping the company vehicle clean and tidy.
o Support all sales staff where necessary
o Perform support duties on weekends when required (Bulk stock, trolley management)
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
General Worker experience
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
